Anyone ever had a problem like this. I brought a phone from radio shack. I tried to return the phone today but the receipt doesn't match the actual phone ESN. Somehow the lady rung up the wrong box or something. When i walked into radio shack to return the alarm with off like i stole something. The thing is the phone is activated on VM with no problem as i been using the phone for like 2 weeks. If the phone was stolen from Radio Shack it wouldn't work would it because no-one scanned the box to activate i would think.
I also activated the phone online when i got it with no problems at all.
The phone and box matches, but the ESN on receipt is not correct. I dont know what to do. I could put it on craiglist or ebay because its a perfectly good phone in mint condition but i wanted my money back soon. The actual phone ESN is clean and works perfect.
But how the heck do i have a phone with a different ESN on the actual phone that works that different from the scanned one on the receipt?????????????????
I called around to 3512535 radio shacks to find this evo v 4g because there OUT OF STOCK everywhere and the only place was FAR FAR away, so it looks like i have to drive back out there to get this solved (if it can be solved) or just throw it on ebay.
