dumb question - how to silence "the folder is now open/closed" announcement ?

the title says it basically. i have a US AT&T Galaxy Note 2 and whenever i open or close a folder the phone ( really loudly ) announces via the speaker "the folder is now open!" or "the folder is now closed!" as if i don't already know that it is open or closed. its like a refrigerator screaming at you "the refrigerator light is now on!" when you open a fridge door.

so how do i make it stop ?

EDIT: NEVERMIND I FOUND THE ANSWER

its a bug with accessibility options. you have to disable all accessibility services ( such as notifications ) and then it will stop.

is there any chance an update will be released to fix this and possibly other bugs ? this bug seems to be well known.

?

A few options you can choose to avoid this issue, as some apps need to be enabled to work (i.e. Pebble watch, Lightflow, etc.).
1) Use a different launcher (i.e. Nova Launcher). When you use a different launcher other than Touchwiz, this issue doesn't happen when you have apps in a folder.
2) Instead of using the default folder option, use an app such as Circle Launcher Light to create folders for your apps.
