Help Shut Down Problem

Hey guys,

I'm Emily and I have had my Galaxy S3 for about 3 months now. The first device I got had a serious shut down problem - two days after I got it out of the box, it shut down leaving a blue led light on. Upon trying to reboot it, it got stuck on my mobile provider screen (an awful mix of yellow and pink just squiggling around with the provider's name). No matter how many times I tried to take the battery out, take my SD out, take my SIM card out, leave it outside for hours then putting only my battery back on and adding the SIM and SD, it got stuck on the same screen until I took the battery out again (could last for a couple of hours).

I brought my device to the support team of my provider and they apparently did something so it could work (obviously leaving me without contacts or apps). This exact incident happened again about a week later. Then, I was given a new device.

This happened more than two months ago, and now, while having my dinner, it happened again. I'm pissed! I have no idea what else I can do!

Maybe you know something about this shitty problem? Is there anything I can do by myself (hopefully without ruining my warranty?

Thanks a lot,
Emily from Israel.

Im gona maybe be a bit racist here lol. She said she "brought her phone to her provider" instead of "took", a very north american mistake so i doubt its a gt-i9300 unless thats another "americanism" thats spread :p

If you'd read the first post a little closer ;)

The biggest input of the English language to people whose first language is not English, is American English.

So basically there's nothing I can do until I get my device fixed? That's shitty :(

And as to the off-topic stuff: funny, because my American flatmate keeps telling me I speak with a British accent and British English... haha, I guess it's just me not knowing the language properly (and also I'm quite flattered that this is the only mistake you found!).
So, what's the difference between 'taking' and 'bringing' then? ;P
