I just got the LG Lucid last week, it's my first 4G phone. I'm in love with the phone for a bunch of different reasons but I can't deal with the poor battery life. I know this is a problem everyone with the Lucid seems to have, but I can't just deal with it... I need a phone that can last me all day with me using it regularly!!!

Anyway, I'm thinking about buying an extended battery for it. Has anybody tried this with the Lucid? I want someone who has done this to first hand tell me if it's worth it or not because I really don't want to blow $50 for a clunkier battery unless there's going to be a significant difference. Also, if you can tell me how much of a difference there was with an extended battery vs. the standard one that would be helpful too. I need opinions before I buy!

I did do some searching around about it on Google and saw a few Lucid users talking about it which made me come up with the idea in the first place. I didn't see those posts from here though, it sounds like that's the general consensus about helping the battery life. I just wanted some additional opinions before going ahead and buying since the battery is $50. But it sounds like it'll be a worth it purchase which is good to know.

The extended battery is awesome. I thought the same thing at first because of how expensive it was but it is totally worth it.

Okay, great!!! The price was the only thing stopping me from buying it right away, because I didn't want to get it if it makes a little difference. I'm gonna buy the extended battery in the coming weeks for sure.
