Where Is a Good Place to Buy a GN2?

I'm in the US, and I had been waiting for months, hoping that a 32GB or a 64GB version of the GN2 would be released, but that does not seem likely. So I'm throwing in the towel and I will be getting the 16GB gray version.

I would like to get the international unlocked version, because I go to Korea every summer, so I would use it there. (In the US I use Straighttalk). I would like to get one with US warranty, so that Samsung USA would honor the warranty if there were to be problems. I do not want to wait until the Note 3 comes out -- IIRC the Note 3 will be out in Q3, when I would be in Korea.

Now the question is where to buy a GN2. Expansys and Negri are out- I thought that they sell phones without warranty. Even Best Buy carries them unlocked, but the price is ridiculous at $799. Perhaps I should consider Amazon, but I would have to deal with Amazon Marketplace, and I don't know which of the sellers are reputable.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Best Buy matches amazon.com pricing...new policy.

But only on day of purchase now. I wish Best Buy had kept the old policy. I had no problems with my local Best Buy price matching major online retailers (even though, the old policy said that they wouldn't). It was the only reason I chose them over anywhere else, as far as upgrading is concerned. Now, I'm open to upgrade wherever gets me the best price.
