SAMSUNG GALAXY GT I9100 CF Root file

Hi,

I am trying to find out CF root for my samsung galaxy s2. Baseband version is
I9100DDLPC. Kernerl version is 3.0.15-1157945. Build number is IMM76D.XWLQ2. I tried using ODIN and Siyah for ICS but when I try to select the zImage file in PDA section of ODIN, it is unable to find the file. My phone is running on ICS 4.0.4. Please let me know step by step instructions on how to root the phone with the correct CF root file.

ironass step-by-step rooting guide is very useful and easy to follow.
Just make sure your reading everything twice and don`t rush in, if you have doubts or questions ask before you do anything that might brick your phone.

Thank you for the link. I tried this earlier but for some reason it is not working. I am able to install ODIN and extract Siyah-s2-v5.0.1 file. zImage is the name of the file which gets extracted from Siyah. Then I followed the article but unable to browse this file in the PDA section. zImage is not seen in the PDA browse section for some reason. I can send the screen shots If you can share the mail address.

As jayroller is pointing out, you should use the .tar version of Siyah, not .zip one, and point ODIN to the .tar file.
