Help 4.1.2 wont install :(

Nope that didnt work, i ha e 18 hours before i can check for update maybe ill contact at&t

Anne Watson: You can confirm this with the baseband numbers and software numbers.

Anne Watson: The phone you have did not get the update notification.

Anne Watson: So you are not seeing the android version updated.
Tiffany: it updated then went right back to the same softwere it had.
Anne Watson: if you show the e97011c the software is up to date
Tiffany: the android verison says 4.0.4
Anne Watson: You can ignore that
Tiffany: and nothing on the phone changed
Anne Watson: if all else shows updated then you are updated.
Tiffany: like the weather wiget should of changed and settings should of had a diffrent toggles they didnt change :/

Tiffany: it was a brand new phone, i had the same thing i had on this one.

She kept unlocking it so i could keep trying to get update, i think she sent it to meim not sure but i got a box 1 time and did the update it didnt work, so i did the clering thing mentioned on here then checked for update and it worked

Glad ya got a good agent, i didnt know how to clesar the thingie
