A few webpages won't load on my Galaxy. This is new as if this AM. Most pages load fine it's just one or two I frequently visit.

Help Certain Webpages won't load

The website is not down. It works from my work computer. Ironically samsungs does not work. It starts loading and then stops.
Samsungs claims it's a software corruption and wants me to pay $69.99 to fix it. Their solution? Take the battery out or hard reset. Incredible. What a sham.

So I did a hard reset and it was working fine but then the same websites stopped loading again. Samsung being one of them.

Doesn't ring a bell to me. As far as it being a sham on Samsung's part, I wouldn't go that far into assuming there's something nefarious going on.
It really could be a problem with your phone considering you've done the hard reset, tried different browsers and the issue remains.
Also, since this is new as of this a.m. is there something different you may have done the night prior? Did you install any apps?

Do you have any anti virus/malware apps installed that may be blocking the site's?
Also, I would delete the browsers, do a battery pull, then reinstall the browsers.

The sham I referred to was that the AT&T gave me the "Samsung" help line # as I couldn't get on Samsung's website but they actually gave me a 3rd Party help company that didn't ID themselves as 3rd Party.
I tried all of the above. It's odd because after a hard reset everything works for an hour or so but then certain websites can't be loaded. Very, very frustrating.

Try Opera Mini (not Opera Mobile) to see if you can view that web site. Opera Mini uses Opera servers to render the page and then compresses the data and sends it to your phone.
