I'm looking for a few people to test this out on different devices (phones & tablets, nexus & non-nexus) and let me know if anything acts funny or doesn't look right. I'm new to app development, and this is my first (mostly) original app. I'd love feedback on the UI and layout/style, bug reports, or any general feedback/criticism.

The code is based on a mix of the JellyBean 4.2.2 and 4.1.1 Screensaver/Nightclocks with a few customizations. Upon launch, the app goes directly to nightmode/screensaver clock.

1. Swipe/drag up and down to change the dimming.
2. Tap the screen to open up the custom color screen.
3. You can set the color separately for the hour, :, minutes, and am/pm, or you can select the "link" to set everything to the same color.
4. After you've set the color, just tap anywhere else on the screen to go back to the screen saver.
5. To exit the app, click a navigation button such as home, back, or recent apps.

When you dim the clock, the custom color dialog will also be dim. I made it that way intentionally, so if you are changing colors at night, you don't have to go back and forth from a bright to dark screen.

App is now on play store: JB Night Clock!

Looks good and works just as you posted it would on an incredible 4G running cm10.1 only wish I could sync this with the natural daydream on the ROM so when daydream started I would see this instead

cool... thanks for testing it!

I don't know much about daydream mode, but will look into it. Seems like it should be pretty straightforward for me to enable this app as a daydream. Thanks for the suggestion!

All the features worked great on Galaxy note 2.
One thing that may be an issue is that AM PM was not visible. I could see it in settings but not when I exited to the clock

Really like how simple it is to change brightness

Hm... that's weird. What OS/rom are you on? I did have an issue with the am/pm text on 4.0.3. Did you try the version from the market and the one here, and they both have the same issue?

I'd be very grateful if you would try the apk attached here and let me know if that fixes that issue for you.

Do you still want me to try the file you posted? MCNightClock030

Well, all I did was change the padding on the am/pm text, since we thought there was a problem, but otherwise its the same as the 020 version, so no need to test it out. Funny that it was just set on 24hr mode... I should probably have that fixed, that when on 24hr mode, the am/pm doesn't show in settings, or as an edit option... lol

Thanks for testing it out! I'm going to try and get more customizations added soon. Just gotta find some time to work on it...

Thanks for reviewing it too!
