Root [T-Mobile] Note 2 4.1.2 Root?

I hate to bud in here and I am kinda new so please pardon me but I have an issue looking for help.
I recently rooted my phone with custom recovery panel – TWRP. I was trying to use you your instructions to wipe my phone clean and revert to the original stock firmware and I mistakenly wiped the phone’s OS (operating system). Now the phone only boots up to the Samsung Logo and does not respond to the “power button – Volume Up – Home button” download mode option. But I found a way to boot-up to the TWRP panel. I have also downloaded the latest T-Mobile software for the phone.
My question is how can I re-install the stock software using the TWRP Panel? Many suggestions on the web say to use ODIN but I am unable to put the phone into the “download mode”. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thnx.

The all in one tool kit works like a charm for 4.1.2.

My problem is that I cant find a good source of roms for the tmobile variant Note 2. Its driving me crazy!

XDA their aren't really any ROMs on here. XDA is are is at. From CyanogenMod to stock ROMs so many different ones. Just go to tmobile note 2 section

Pretty much as soon as you posted this, I figured it out. Just needed a clean wipe is all. I like it alot better, but from what I can see theres no option to link your Google account. I imagine Im missing something since thats kind a big deal for an android phone.
