I have had my HTC Hero S for almost 2 years now, and in the past few months it hasn't been able to be recognized by my computer. When I plug it in to my computer it still charges the phone just fine, but I'm not longer able to put anything (music, pictures, etc,.) I get the "Device not recognized" bubble on the bottom of my screen and when I click on it to see the problem, it just says "error code 43." I've updated the usb drivers and updated my bios, and even tried downloading the driver for HTC Hero again and still nothing.
