Help Cancelled software update by mistake!!

I got a message up on my S2 saying something along the line of software update available and shut it down by accident, is there any way I can get it back? I tried to update via kies and it tells me there is no update available. I am currently on ICS and would love to get JB but every download i've tried has failed :mad:
