Simple to-do list with auto sync?

I'd like a simple, straightforward to-do list that will auto-sync across all my devices: Windows 7 laptop, Nook HD (I'm told it runs ice cream sandwich), and Samsung GS3 running jelly bean.

I got my Nook first, and it came with an app called Fliq Tasks. I got the same app for my phone, then found out that it didn't want to auto-sync.

Next I tried Out of Milk, which syncs just great, but seems a little more complex that I needed. It also has an annoying bug in the Nook version, which the devs admit may never be fixed because Barnes & Noble takes so long to approve app submissions and updates. Thanks, B&N.

I'll very likely just end up sticking with Out of Milk because it does the job I ask of it, but does anybody have any favorites that I should try before making up my mind?

I just love Out of Milk. It's just super useful. I use it not only for doing groceries but also for canvassing for prices.
