Insurance Replacement for Razr

I have the OG Razr and noticed that it is discontinued. I currently have a broken speaker phone and I was also considering getting the battery replaced to be a Maxx.

I am just wondering what the insurance replacement is for this phone right now? Is it the Razr Maxx or Razr HD?

odds are you'll get a razr HD, possibly a razr M.

if you can talk them into giving you a Maxx HD, you'll have the same phone with a better battery.

I just had to get a replacement last week for my wife's og razr, and they automatically offered the razr maxx since they were out of the reg razr!

hm... Just got off the phone with them and they are sending out another razr.. i told him well i will just keep calling every month for "new" phone until i get one that works.. I pay the 8 a month for the total equp coverage. And this phone battery only last about 5 hours if im lucky.

That's a good starting point for you on not wanting to keep getting the OG Razr but you have to get really firm with them. They will send you the MAXX if you keep on them. I went from a bionic to the M and didn't like it because of having such large hands and the phone is so small. So they sent me the MAXX. I tried for a couple weeks to get the MAXX HD because there are no longer any accessories offered from Verizon for the MAXX but I didn't get anywhere other than they wanted to do an FDR which I had already done twice and also had done all their other trouble shooting techniques.
