On CM10, the recovery option is in the power menu when you hit reboot.

Since you're back on stock C, hold power+volDown to get into recovery. This performs a factory reset, and should fix your bootloop issue.

Take out the battery and put it back in. Then while the phone is still off, hold down power and volume down button until factory reset screen shows up

Because the new build has a lot of crashes, fc, reboots, and the wall papers aren't working again so we flashed what BobZ fixed on the 4-28 build to the 4-22 build

well here's the files for polly volume observer (the echo fix for cm10) don't know if it's gonna work and because i don't have service i can't test it any way. after you push these files i'm sure you'll have to change some permissions and ownership.
if someone wants to be the guinea pig. i installed it on mine but like i said, no service so can't test.

you may also have success by just flashing the edited buildprop to 4-28. don't know didn't try that because everything is working well so don't fix what ain't broke.

I installed according to this from the stock rom...everything is running good no reboots..I had a problem with smart keyboard pro...but I booted into CWM and fixed permissions..and it's running fine now.. I tried calling a few people and I don't have an echo.. I can't tell about 4g as I don't have it in my area..only 1x...My only complaint is low call volume..I can hardly hear anything. I tried adding this to the build prop...ro.config.vc_call_vol_steps=100...it didn't work. My volume is fine though when I use a bluetooth headset...also everytime I reboot it loads up into airplane mode..but those are my only complaints...other than that this is awesome!! Great work from everyone!!

theres also a buildprop entry for volume default ive seen other buildprops with steps=20 default=20 but i dont have service so cant mess with it anyway
edit i can call *228 and the volume was fine with these settings for me
i also noticed when you hold volume rocker for a sec a volume panel pops up and it has a settings button on it then you can change volumes mine wasnt all the way up. mines loud enough now to hear it at arms length.
you have to do it during a call to get the volume bar for calls

re-flashed the 22 build and flashed the recommended extra files,and all works great.thanks to everyone who made this happen.is there a particular way to add widgets,as i can't seem to find a widget list anymore,and would like to use data switch.

yea mine is all the way up...mine I can lower it and you can't even hear it...and when it is on speaker you can barely hear it when it is up against your ear..On bluetooth everything is fine. This rom would be perfect for me if I could get a good call volume

Weird, couldn't get 4g to work on 28 build. I followed instructions to the T, and tried different suggestions from the thread, including toggling airplane mode and rebooting. I flashed this from firmware c, but I didn't think that would make a difference since it's not explicitly stated that it would. I know that 4g is booming in this area, cuz that's what I always used on stock, but all I get now is 1x. Any suggestions or leads as to what I can try? And just found out that I got the echo problem that others had reported.

widget list is in the apps drawer just touch "widgets" at top or scroll to the right past the end of apps.

the 4g icon doesn't show even though your on 4g. it will show 1x but go do a speed test and see for sure. it's a bug that is acceptable to get 4g in my opinion

so i noticed that the stock wallpapers were stretched and you cant see the whole thing but live wallpapers were fine. i found this app called "create your live wallpaper" it lets you choose any image and lets you make all kinds of adjustments and resizes so it fit screen properly unlike stock wallpaper chooser that has that box that you expand but can never expand enough to put whole picture in the wallpaper.

Okay ran a speed test on cm10 then restored my stock backup and ran a speed test. Actually I ran 3 tests on each and took the average: I'm definitely not getting 4g on cm10; speeds are almost double on stock. CM10 averaged at DL@: 3528 kbps... UL@: 1705 kbps; while stock averaged at DL@: 5429 kbps... UL@: 3773 kbps. I'll try Bobz' 4-22 build with fixes to see how that goes. I would REALLY love to have this rom as my daily, but I need 4g, otherwise I'm stuck with 1x. No 3g around here.

i can guarantee you that 3528kbps is not 1x. 1x would be more like 200kbps. but your right the 4g speeds are faster on stock but keep in mind this is a work in progress that is progressively getting better.

Can this be flashed? Or do I manually have to do it? If I have to manually do it where do I put the file that is in the bin folder, or do I just place it in bin in system also?
