Any recommendations for paid VPN service?

Looking for easy use on Windows7 and Android 2.3.
No logging, high or unlimited bandwidth, servers in USA.
Thanks
I was recently searching for a good VPN.
In the end I chose HMA VPN.

They do log. (They log when you connect)

Some no log vpns that stood out to me are:
https://safevpn.net/
VPN Service: Buy VPN, Proxy, Instant Activation, Unlimited Bandwidth, Rotating IPs

They are both pretty affordable.
Ultimately I chose HMA though as they have SOOO much more.

Thanks 7
I did see that article.
I signed up for a month with one VPN service but the interface on Android and Windows is a matter of interacting with Settings ( or control Panel)...there are no widgets, status bars, automation of log-in to various proxy servers, manual log in for every single connection and a good deal of connection drop-out.

I might have to try a couple of others on a monthly basis. Some do not even do that. Some do not have clients for Android AND Windows. Lot of variables.

Variables like:
Can a user have more than one VPN connection simultaneously per account (in other words, can you be logged on at home and also logged on via a mobile device simultaneously). Some will not allow this. SafeVPN does not.

Does user get dynamic or static IP address. some provide one IP address that you get all the time (SafeVPN is like this). Some provide a random IP address for each connection occurence.

Some sites are based in USA, some are not. Some have a lot of proxy servers, some do not. Some are very clear about where there proxy servers are, some are not. (Safe VPN does not seem to be so clear, beyond icons indicating USA and UK)

Some charge different rates for PPTP/L2TP, SSL or Open VPN. Some do not.

Some have software interface so that user does not need to do all setup, passwords, connections and options through Android Settings or Windows Control Panel. Some do not. Some have notification so you know the VPN is active. Some do not.

Some will support P2P, some will not.

Some have a monthly plan, some do not.

Some support Android. Some do not.

These are the variables that led me to choose HMA.
Unless you are doing child porn you should not have problems.
I still use PeerBlock when using p2p behind vpn.
HMA has more vpn servers, with more IPs, and they give you all the vpn types currently available.
The one drawback, HMA only allows 2 connections per account.

For windows/mac they do have a custom software.
For android they have most the info ready for openvpn.
You just have to input your username/pass once per server.

So it retains the password whenever you hit the particular server after the first time?

And seems pretty easy to log in and see status VPN ON/OFF on windows? (my wife will be interfacing on windows)
