adobe flash update link plz

I'm sure it did support flash, cuz that site was a footy website, which displayed a video bulletin of latest news, it automatically plays itself, past 2weeks now it says update flash.
I'm sure it supported flash, as I only use chrome and not stock browser-rubbish
