Root Rooting HTC Rhyme PROBLEM.. :(

I have been trying for DAYS to root my htc rhyme.. now i am to the point where i just want it back to normal lol ..
I have tried everything lil program to root.. no luck ..
now i am with no recovery and not sure how to reinstall the RUU is it?
don't know where to get what i need or how to install it..
i had an unlocked bootloader but relocked it in preparation for reinstalling the RUU...
I would so appreciate any help .. all i really want at this point is my wifi back up and running..

hello there, i moved you to the htc rhyme all things root subforum where folks who have your device can help you out better.

so i know that this forum is not as active as it once was, but i will try and help where i can. now keep in mind that i do not have your device, but i have owned HTC phones and rooted them and they are sort of similar to some degree.

now can you post what it says in your bootloader? i'm looking for what hboot version, radio(baseband), s-on or s-off, and locked or unocked.

provide that info and then we can take it from there.

edit: also what carrier do you have?

ok after doing some researching there is not much on your phone. there is no dev community and i can't find a ruu for your phone. do you have one? you said you were unlocked? did you have a recovery before?

mine was the same but some how i down graded the radio with a RUU to 1.15.00.0816 and i had the recovery cwm for cdma, also my carrier is verizon, is there any way you can help me get my phone rooted properly , right now if i turn off my phone when i turn it back on it goes into a bootloop. so the only way i can get it working is if i do a factory reset, and by wiping out the phone too.

we may need to lower your main version in order to get an older ruu to flash,wich could involve re-unlockiing,and installing recovery.

if you could do the following,and copy/paste the info,it will give us some more info about your phone :)
