Have to send my gs4 back, anyone else had issues with buttons?

I got my SG4 from affordable mobiles in the uk, i've had the phone 2 weeks and in that time, my home button is much looser on the left hand side than it is on the right, if i tap both sides you can tell there is a looseness to it.

also my power button sticks into the phone when i press the lower part of the button (which is pretty easy to naturally do when you hold the phone in the one hand)
the bottom just sticks in and sometimes keeps contact and my phone has turned off once or twice because it still thinks the button is in.

has anyone else noticed either issue or is mine just faulty?

I have sent mine back today but would like to know if anyone else could try the above with theres and let me know if theres does the same?

thanks

james

Affordable mobiles have gave me their address to send it back to, they have seemed nice up to now, that doesn't mean they won't reply back saying they can't find a fault etc, so hopefully they will be ok once they have it.

i am sending it back litteraly today so i'm not sure of what the outcome will be, i can't imagine that a phone this new should have these issues though, especially the power buttom issue. (i think both issues are things you see when you have had the phone a while and the contacts on the buttons have been used a lot).

I was mainly wanting to see if others had the same thing or if it was just mine.

Definitely faulty.

The buttons on mine don't feel at all loose and click consistently.

I have had no trouble whatsoever and I have had mine for two weeks also. (UK) Have Affordable not replaced the S4?

Hey so i recieved my S4 today and i realized that the button to lower the volume seems to be more pushed in then the button to make the volume higher, may i know if this this normal? thanks
