Yea, I will walk you though it here:
-1.) Download Odin and extract the zip to your desktop -
http://zjones.x11s.org/android/reverb/Odin3-v3.04.zip
-2.) Download the CWM odin file (don't extract) -
http://zjones.x11s.org/android/reverb/reverb-cwm-test-8.tar
-3.) Put your phone into download mode, hold volume down and power, when you get the warning, push the volume up key.
-4.) Open up Odin
-5.) Plug your phone into a USB port.
-6.) In odin (on the left) you should see a blue rectangle light up.
-7.) Once that rectangle is lit up blue, click the PDA button and select the reverb-cwm-test-8.tar that we downloaded in step 2.
-8.) Click "Start" in Odin.
-9.) The progress bar on your phone may not move, don't worry, mine did the same.
-10.) After a few seconds to a minute or so, your phone will reboot.
NOW YOU HAVE CWM!
-11.) Close Odin
-12.) Download the stock rooted zip -
http://www.waywardpilgrim.net/android/samsung/sph-m950/mod/reverb-stock-rooted-signed.zip
and Download the deodexed template -
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/69003412/Stock Deodexed Template.zip
-13.) Once those are downloaded, copy them to your phone.
-14.) Boot your phone into recovery (volume up and power)
-15.) Flash both of the files and factory data reset.
Now you should have a stock rooted phone. If you need anymore help, let me know.
