Root EVO V ADB Drivers?

This will probably seem glaringly obvious, but do you have usb debugging enabled? If you ran the RUU or flashed the stock rom that would be enabled again by default...

Alternatively since according to your info you are s-off, you can flash a PG86IMG version of the recovery through the bootloader. I don't have twrp but I have 4ext if you want that. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/100923173/4ext_1.0.0.5.rc9_PG86IMG.zip

Sorry about that I never took the time to update my info. VM sent me a new evo v and so far i've unlocked bootloader , and rooted adding 4ext recovery. Now I'm on to the part where I s-off. My only issue is that I'm having problems downloading harmonia from its original source to begin the process. If you have the rom could you add it to your dropbox and make it available for me to download?
