MOAR tweaks
adjusted some CFLAGS for better optimization
further framework tweaks for speed/snapiness

set build flags to -O3 removed some -fno-strict flags, in following;

Set build flags to -Ofast in,

Addressing anti-aliasing and fortification is a work in progress
currently 25-30% complete (optimistically)
