I have an issue with my s3. I downloaded the new drivers from the samsung site and tried to open them. When I click them it just says "unable to find an application for this application" what to do? I also hooked the phone to my computer with usb tethering and it doesn't recognize it. That's why I wanted to update drivers.

If you launch Kies then click on Tools > Troubleshoot connection error you can use the wizard to re-install the latest drivers for your phone.

i dont have a link but i think if you download Samsung Kies for the pc, itl install the drivers too

Were you downloading the drivers to your phone? They need to be downloaded onto your pc so just use the link from the Samsung page you were using before.

Welcome to Android Forums, nortex! Like the other folks have said you need Kies installed on your PC. Kies will have the necessary drivers included with it. If you already have Kies then you just need to update the drivers. Weather your using Kies or Kies (Lite) click on 'check for updates' in the help drop down menu at the top right of it.
