I've been on it a few days with zero reboots. Maybe try reinstalling making sure to wipe everything.

Been running 2 days with no issues. I agree. Do a factory reset if you're coming from another rom. But, if you're coming from a 4.1 rom I would recommend a complete data/system wipe

Thanks guys i did do a clean install when i flashed it. It hasnt happened again.

Now i have another issue, unknown sources is checked and i still cant install an apk from the sd card. I can select the apk i get the install dialog that says cancel or install, i touch install and it dosen't light up, i touch cancel and it exits out.:banghead:

Uninstall it from your phone. Then reinstall it thru the card

I am trying to install apks that have not been installed. i touch install and nothing happens. I tried another apk installer and the same thing happens. I even put the apk on internal sd and still wont install.

the easiest way would be use root explorer either copy or move the apk you want from sd card to system/app once you move/copy there then set permissions then reboot and you should be good to go.

Did anyone dirty flash the update? It won't go smoothly for me. When i dirty the update the gapps i get errors, im really trying to avoid a clean flash

It's a bug with halo. Disable it by double tapping it and drag it to the X. Then apk's will install normally.

Good thjng to know about halo. But I haven't used it yet. Didn't know it affected apk install. I like the fact I can send a lg 8mp pic with no compressing. That makes this rom a keeper

I'm a wuss, so I always clean install. From what I hear, it's the safest way to go!

Absolutely. I just backup my apps on rom toolbox

Its so time consuming to get all my apps and everything setup the way i like it smh i hate clean installs lol

Titanium Backup allows you to just reinstall everything including all the data. It's like you never lost them.
