Update. July 9th. Tmobile 50$ card for 40.99 and 100$ card for 86.99. Better off buying two 50s

hey i'm new to t-mobile and would like to know if prepaid-refill.com works good i'm on the $50 dollar prepaid plan with unlimited talk/text/and 500 mb web at 4g.but thinking of getting the family plan for two people which is $100 dollars. and can i buying the refill of 100 for $80 and make it work to refill both phones

I have never tried having family plan but if the funds are pulled from one account then yes that will work perfectly.

From what I understand, it won't work. The refills only work on prepaid accounts, all family plans are considered postpaid. OTOH, the family plan equivalent of two $50 prepaid plans is only $80 (plus taxes), not $100.

but i'm adding 20 dollar extra for 2gb of data which 80+20=100

It means someone used a stolen credit card to load your phone, so T-Mobile has put a hold on your account. You can call T-mobile fraud department at 866-853-2575 and they will be happy to remove the hold after you pay the amount that was fraudulently charged. You might need to call multiple times as they don't always pick the phone.
