Okay so now to the instructions.
S-OFF
Install TWRP OR CWM
Download the rom.
Download wiper fix.
Factory reset.
Flash rom.
Flash wiper fix.
reboot phone.
Enjoy.

If your not S-OFF this rom wont work. Sorry, but you'll have to do it.

do i have to do a factory reset? what would happen if i just flashed it over the current ics?

Its always recommended to do an FDR when switching OS. There is to much being changed for everything to work right.

Ok followed instructions, did the reset, flashed the roms, everything booted right away.
But when I try to update or install anything off the APP Market, I get an error:
"Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S_5:AEC-0]"
Any ideas?

Belay that, found the fix online, I don't think its related to the rom

Thank you for the hard work and rapid release!

One thing that came up on mine was that "Superuser" must be updated etc - it looks like root didn't stick properly. I know this is easily fixed by going back to recovery and reflashing, etc, but wanted to let you know...

The fix is to sign out of gapps reboot and sign in via play store

Did you fix it with recovery because it was working fine for me? Without reflash

I've had that error with other devices and a cache wipe and a reboot works. Either that or an entire data wipe of Play.

Yeah cache wipe of Google play, the force stop. The wipe the service and stop that, then reboot.

I could not find comprehensive instructions either although they may be here somewhere. I just got this phone Wednesday night. Lol.

Wetbiker7 gave me the scoop but I have not tried it yet. I know that it is the Bible on S-Off, I just have not had time to try it.

My instructions from the S-Off thread.

You should already have adb/fastboot installed on your computer. You used it to unlock.

I have Jellybean installed successful but I have a slight amount of lag and am missing some Google apps like navigation.
