Root [International Tegra 3] [HELP] HTC One X stock at Boot

a little briefing for what i did till now
downloaded the RUU and relocked the bootloader via htc website, but i'm always get an error in the middle of the installation
Here's the tuto i followed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1660807
i tried even to extract the files boot.img and recovery.img etc from the rom.zip located in the Temp directory, but i got a corrupted file error

i keep getting the 132 signature error when flushing the RUU, searched for hours and i found that it's related to the S-off, mine is on and the tutos for changing it requests to enter into the Adb shell and do some commands, i couldn't do that, i can do commands in fastboot mode, but when i type adb devices nothing shows, i wish you were here Presidente :(
