As mentioned I've had this phone for a month or two and have noticed that the battery drains a little too quickly.

I've factory resetted it and same.

I guess I'm looking for other people's experiences with battery life of this phone.

How long does your phone last on a 100% charge?

Hello xBuster.

When a battery starts to behave differently over time, there are usually identifiable reasons. If it's over a very long time, a year or more, it's most likely the battery and its internal circuitry deteriorating with age and losing the ability to acquire a full 100% charge no matter what the battery meter display says.

But several weeks or a few months of lower battery performance most often points to something different in the device's system, usually something that the user has added (apps/widgets) or changed (syncing frequency configuration, etc).

Check your 3rd party apps, as well as the stock ones that came with the device, for auto sync intervals. I have mine all set at on-demand/manual/no auto sync. That allows the battery and other resources in the system to be there for the normal work that needs to be done such as phone calls, texting and online usage of browser or search app, not to mention more battery resources for media, which is a bit of a resource hog (videos, music, pics/camera, etc).

Think back a bit; you may have added or changed something. :)
