It should only do that a few times after you reboot thats normal because of the theme.

Quick question since rls 14 fixes mms do I still have to flash the fix?

I didn't have to flash the fix, both MMS and Hotspot worked with just flashing the ROM, to bad it kept giving me the - unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped error or I would have stayed with it as my daily driver...

From what I was experiencing, you are exactly right. After a reboot I would get that error maybe 3 or 4 times and then it would settle down and not give me that error anymore. I was receiving random errors at times on a random selection of apps though. Google+ would be working just fine and then all of the sudden it would start force closing until I rebooted. It would then work again but so many hours later a totally different app would decide that it was its turn to force close. I wasn't having any of these issues with RLS13 and I installed RLS14 as an upgrade over RLS13 (performing only a cache and dalvic cache wipe before flashing RLS14). Not too sure if that may have been the problem but it is the same method I used when going from RLS12 to RLS13 and I did not have any problems after that upgrade. I have also run into the problem with lockscreen shortcuts that a few people have mentioned in prior posts. The problem being that I can delete existing app shortcuts from the lockscreen but when I hit the + symbol to add a new one, I get a force close error on settings. Since RLS14 is a major upgrade to a lot of the ROM, it would not surprise me to find out that some new bugs were introduced with the ROM. It is not at all unusual for that to happen when so much of the ROM has been changed, optimized or rewritten. I suspect that there will be another release not that far into the future that will be pretty much a bug fix release. I really like this ROM (after I figured out what parts of it I could live without to slim it down a bit) and I have every intention of coming back to it when it stabilizes with another release. Until that time, I think I am going to explore what is going on in the AOKP/AOSPA/Paranoid side of the planet. I always find myself coming back to Touchwiz for its features though so I will be back!

I see, I'm not getting the force closing problems but you're right he did change a lot of things which would rise new bugs. You know when I was on RLS 12 or so I was gettin problems here and there that my friend wouldn't get at all and he has same phone and company. Sometimes it can be a bad download or something didn't get wiped rights. But it's flashing and it isn't the stablest thing in the world. I like it because its different and the tweaks are amazing, it's also something to do.

I agree. The ROM does standout from most others and it does have some great tweaks. I will come back to it. The random F/C issues I was experiencing since flashing RLS14 were not that big of a deal but I viewed that as an opportunity to see what was going on outside of the Touchwiz universe. I always find myself missing some of the great integration that Samsung has done within Touchwiz though so I always find my way back to the Touchwiz based ROM's. I am already anxiously waiting the next release of Hyperdrive....hint ....hint. Naw...the dev worked hard on this last release. I guess a few days off have been earned.

The rom has force closure issues, but no need to flash a fix or kernel.

if you wanna wait for 15 to come out it will be out in a few days, I fixed axis and goodness just uploading them now if you care to test. when they upload.

I am not going to fix hyperdrive til I know what is in 15

I really wanted to try this rom out...how was the previous version? I wish I had ask these questions before ...It took me about an hour to download,lol

what was fix in the other rom you mention?...Thank for your quick response!

The fixes that are out are not made for the rom, so what I am doing is implanting the things it needs into the rom so no fix or kernel needed, the axis one is almost uploaded to my dropbox.

Okay, so I just had to go for it anyway...since I had already downloaded it. Well I haven't have any foreclosing, the only issues that I've came across is..process.media has stopped message....second and major issue for me is that I have not been able to send text messages (some go through when I reboot my phone), but I have no problem sending mms messages, if I could get any feedback on this, that would be great

So far no problem, I install the rom this morning with goodness to metrofix 10.0.4 and freedom kernel running smooth like a brand new ford mustang GT...
