Well I'm on 4.3 cm10.2 ATM. I have to reroot my phone on 4.3 stock if I want it to properly work since flashing Su again doesn't fix it as they said it would. Not a biggie tho there is a toolkit for it 
but all I can say from my experience on 4.3 is: doesn't waste as much battery ; is more responsive in a way ; and smooth

Haven't seen a bug on this either as well besides from the whole root thing haha
