Sorry was confusing reply (replied up above)--Somehow, I jacked up the update/(Firmware Flash?)--
FIRST OFF--APOLOGY FOR LENGTH--SINCE ANDROID 98% IGNORANT (but VERY CONFIDENT--"power user"--Command Prompt/Reg,etc. Windows User). --->see below-will "Pay" if we get too deep in weeds (Past "Reasonable/Customary"--board help.

Up above thread at Today, 01:24 AM, and 2:11 am questions.

Did download 8amish yesterday--all normal with download-Typical warnings (don't touch, can't call even Emergency, etc.etc.). All normal
Did "install now"--error dumped saying I didn't have enough Battery Power (despite being plugged in (??)--was showing 14%--
(thus battery mention)--Then again "ZeroLemon" said the Interface might not always be correct until I've fully completed the Power Cycling (I'm on 2 of 6 now). Thus mention of that.
Odd on that too--just now showing 100% (thus unplugged as required to drain/power up again). --10-seconds later showing 65% (???). _Anyway, again, only reason I bring up is the "Error dump" was related to Battery.
Saw a "Don't worry" type message (schedule later after charged-pick time,etc. Did that. Then a "link"/"button" arrived In Notification Bar saying If I wanted to, could try update sooner than time stamp. visa-clicking Notification Bar by clicking the Notification bar Icon. .
--THIS Point all seems well.

(trying to be diligent with this TURBO BATTERY).
Powered down phone, then unplugged, booted up, plugged back in/office.
Didn't pay attention to phone--*MIGHT* have started the install (??)
Approx-2-3 hours later--looked at phone (the "Notification Bar"--"instal now" missing. Course Phone insists all is installed.
however, nothing is working--(at all last night) nor consistently.
Last night (first 1:24am)--*NOTHING* "APPS" needing Data would connect (even tried all Google Based (say that because well, "Android" ya know..*Grin*
"Play Store"--could not find connection.
"Gmail"(app)--*DID* open (appeared to function as normal--however all old email--would not sync (no Data connection).
Pandora NOPE
Google NAV (nope)
(Dropbox dumped), etc.
WAZE NAV--*YES*--thus *ODD* thus "data points below).
Provide some Data Points (Phone Connection). for you-hope helps

I have "Speedtest" (APP) on my Phone--It *DID* connect (but*BIZARRE* results.
(Blessed to have BLAZING FAST) data CONNECTION.
*Normal* is around 15-20ms on the Ping, 15-17mbps (up) 6-7mbps down (yeah!
*UNLIMITED DATA* THANK YOU METRO (don't abuse though-worst is transferring to Dropbox).
When Data was not working-Last night was getting 17mbps down 0.86-up (yes "zero point eight six). Did a back to back, next was 11mbps down 1.4-up).
*Now*--doing a test (Wi-Fi only)

Again (Last night) *BIZARRE* only "App" could get to work was WAZE.
I assume Waze (like Google Nav)--uses all methods--Obvious GPS, Wi-Fi and Data--thus expecting it to fully "crash". *NOPE*---Worked as Expected. (today thinking couldn't have been "ONLY" Wi-FI to get that?
Dophin Working as expected-Last night (however after getting sleep--*sigh*--Guessing it's using Wi-Fi vs. Data? (was so last night).

I feel I'm a "Power User" with Windows (ie. command line stuff--regedit always using).
Thus I know "spoofs" exist allowing to change registry settings (either product is/is not downloaded--using reg "Switch" to "Spoof"/force allow a new reinstall.
Anything like this in Android?
98% Ignorant with Android. (comfortable browsing/moving data to Dropbox- not "scared" will break something).
Installed things with APK,etc. Boot into restore mode (however, I only have "EXTREME" choices (ie. Wipe Clean,etc.)
2-others for ADB/ADB(?) install and USB (USB comfortable with--not sure the other).

Neither MetroPCS or Samsung (Support) are aware of the baseband version R530MVQAMF2 Number/Update.
IMPORTANT NOTE---Same thing happened to me with Jelly Bean Update (again, knowing windows, I know FIRMWARE screw ups more "dangerous"/FUBAR than a reg change.
Jelly Bean Came out (that was "PUSHED" to me) this (because I randomly do a update check (Settings/About Device/Software Update-sure you know).
This I "PULLED" down.
HOWEVER--Jelly Bean messed up. Didn't *TOUCH IT* (did exactly as it asked--again ,the firmware warnings/Just take a lunch break, let it do what it needs to. *LAUGHING* I DID.
But, didn't update correctly. Called MetroPCS--Technician did something on their head end. Did a "reset"--said reboot phone, process will complete, all will be good to go (IT WAS!)

Tried Samsung (about the same)-while Chat dude did not *CALL ME* a *LIAR*--when I provided BB VER-R530MVQAMF2--on hold for 3-4 minutes. Comes back does the "Please check again--Provide again.
Provides Samsung Link which Zero'd down to all device info for my Metro/White/Specific phone.
That link said only two BB Ver.s out (orig--and Jelly Bean Push).
No VER-R530MVQAMF2 (showing available for this phone).
Therefore, unable to get help where I "should".
