Like my Galaxy S II but sometimes need something smaller

Hello,

I currently have the Virgin Mobile Galaxy S II. It's nice, but sometimes it is just too big. Like if I am going out for a night on the town with a small purse and no pockets. I would like to have a phone for calls and texts in these situations (droid would be a nice). Is it possible to buy a virgin phone, say from eBay or somewhere, and put the SIM card from my galaxy in it for a few hours? If so, do you have an recommendation for the model of phone? Tips on buying used from eBay?

Well if you want something smaller I would got for the galaxy ring(.5 in smaller) or if you need a smaller phone go for the rise(1in smaller). Also virgin mobile usa doesn't use sim cards unless you're talking about the sd card. Now if you plan on switching phones for a few hours you can always change phones via the website and you won't be charged unless you allow them to do it for you. As for Ebay tips buy from trusted buyers with 95+ positive feed back and make sure you read the page.

The only "easy" solution is to switch to a GSM carrier. Not only would you have a SIM card so you could switch phones, you have a larger choice of phones you can use.
