Root [T-Mobile] so battery life, roms? mods? debloatation?

yes this is a stupid question but im new to the s4 and maybe i missed a magical discovery at one point that i cant find through search.

are there any roms that provide magical battery life?

any mods that may help?

any kernels that make battery life significantly longer?

any specific apps that should be uninstallled or frozen for better battery life?

any hidden settings that would magically double my battery life?

i know battery life depends on usage but i remember back in the day with the esteem some mods n a few roms would make the phone last like 2 days of normal use vs the 4 hours on stock. and i got my s3 to last a day with some stuff i did but i cant seem to get this stupid s4 to last more than 12 hrs or careful usage so ya help please

Amoled screens use less power with darker colors (minute) and dimmer settings (can be significant).

GSam battery monitor is an excellent app to monitor battery usage and has options to help extend the life of your battery.

so what can i do about the screen so itll use less power? i know inverting is good but with everything inverted some stuff looks stupid
