System restore

  • Thread starter Android Question
  • Start date
This question is a bit confusing but I will give it my best to answer it.

If you need to do a system restore you can do it by going to settings->privacy->Factory Data Reset.

-Or-

Turn the phone completely off. Press and hold the Volume Up then press and hold the power button and you should come up to a menu. Using the volume buttons select Factory Reset and then press the power button.

If you are asking on how to restore that particular data that you cleared well you can't.

I would suggest registering so we can better help you if this doesn't work.

Hi, and welcome!

Did you back the data up before you deleted it?

If you did, just go into the backup app and find the button to restore it.

If you didn't back it up, it is gone. I am sorry. Go to the Playstore right now and download a backup app. MyBackup is a good, free one. Set it to backup on a schedule, and *always* back up before you wipe the data.

You might also want to join forums and find your phone's folder. Then you can talk with other user's of your specific phone and get any help you need. Folks on here are always willing to help.
