My phone came in a nonstandard reserved color. I love the "rarity" of the color, the gem-like sheen, and the feel of it in my hand. I don't want to cover it up with a case. I'd rather go with a screen protector and a microfiber cloth to wipe it down. I do keep looking at cases, but so far I haven't found one I like well enough to cover up my pretty phone with.

Running free is how I roll. I've never put a case on any of my phones. Just can't stand the look or feel of having a case on there. Even worse than a case is a screen protector. I don't know how people can stand those. What is the point of buying a phone with a beautiful display just to throw a bubbled mess on top of it :p

Had a phone I kept naked once. Dropped it on cement and that was that. I case all my phones now.

I dislike the Otterbox cases. Too bulky and made of plastic. It's a real pain to get into the phone to swap batteries with that on.

TPU cases are my choice. I get multiple colors and designs to fit my mood. Haven't cracked a phone yet with it on... and I drop my phone several times a day.

I'm usually a TPU case guy because I think it adds just enough protection without adding too much bulk (and I'm scared of dropping a $500 piece of technology).

But, I love the feel of a naked device.

And while I know that cases are big-business, I'm wondering how many people actually use them.

I never used covers with my S2 but then i dropped it and got ****** up i had to sell it, now i got my S4 the black one i wanted to buy a cover but nothing looks good on it i should've got the white one.. anyways i think i'm gonna get the black genuine samsung cover it wont protect the sides of the phone but at least i'd still have the same back cover with a screen protection.. its the best choice for cover haters like me

After breaking the glass on my first Android phone, I decided NEVER AGAIN! So I now use Otterbox Defender cases and just love them. Unlike earlier cases I tried, these actually completely encase the phones. Their screen protectors really do protect the screens, unlike film-style protectors I had tried before. Those would protect against scratches, but really offered little protection against breaking the glass. Also, I don't use ALL of the components included with the Otterbox Defender, i.e., I almost never attach its final, outer layer which is a hard plastic shell with a belt clip/holster. When that's on, it's definitely bulky! But without it, it's not so bad.

I use a Nexus 10 for reading PDF documents, books, the Internet, and specialized content apps. I seldom use it for email or revising work documents. It has always been in a case.

For the Nexus 10 I have a:

1. Poetic KeyBook Case -- Removable Bluetooth Keyboard Case for Google Nexus 10 Black (With Auto Sleep/Wake Function)

The removable Poetic Keyboard comes in a book-like padded case that holds the tablet and keyboard. The keyboard and case fold up making a highly protected carrying case.

There is no additional screen protection film.

The case has a stand to prop up the tablet horizontally
