It's a basic referral program. You refer people by having them sign up through your referral link. For every three people who sign up and stay customers you get $20 /month - every month. It's all groups of three, so three sign ups pay the same as five - and you need 3 to get anything back.
You get your referral link when you "Become a Social Member" which is an optional step aft enrollment. My husband still has not completed this step - though he could if he wanted.

I just spent the last 30 minutes checking up and reading on their forums, I see a few are complaining about talk cut off, meaning they will be cut off from talking as they have too much usage, I agree with them, unlimited means unlimited, I will keep following up as the wife's contract with Sprint does not end until end of October.

I always wonder about threads like that - and what actual usage is involved. I believe all of these unlimited plans actually have some threshold they consider abuse - except perhaps the $70 T-Mobile plan.
I can only speak to my experience. This is my only phone and I generally use around 1500 minutes a month. (I had no idea I used that many minutes until I reviewed all my old Sprint bills before making the switch.)

Thanks for the Info, I don't think it will be an issue for the wife, but I do have a concern that unlimited to me means unlimited, and not with a usage threshold, but as you as you mentioned they all have fine print hidden somewhere
