Now see. I go and buy the HTC ONE SV and another ROM is released for the Prevail. On top of that, ITS MIUI! lol Thankfully I've still got my Prevail . The wife still hasn't made up her mind whether or not she wants to learn how to use it so I'm definitely gonna give this MIUI a try. I have a feeling she's gonna end up using the Marquee instead because it's bigger and the keyboard is easier to use. Lol

Gonna give this MIUI a thorough testing once I'm done testing the new release of Megatron. I look forward to flashing this MIUI ROM. :D

Rock on mighty little Prevail!

Thanks Android Admirer. :D

Wondering if this will over clock but I'm getting ready to flash and find out. Lol

Edit. I can confirm the force close warnings will not affect the ROM. Just give them a chance and the ROM will boot up just fine.

So far this baby is running great. Very smooth. I'm am curious as to whether or not it has data 2 Ext built in. I'm also curious as to whether or not this kernel is overclocked. I'll know soon enough.

Android Admirer, would you please post those specifics in the OP. Trust me, it will save you from having to answer these same questions over and over. Most everyone will want to know if the kernel can be overclocked and whether or not data 2 Ext or app2sd is enabled. Thanks. It's running great so far. Very smooth!

UPDATE: Looks like a stock kernel and cannot be overclocked. Max is 800mhz. All good though. The ROM still runs very smooth. Only been running it less than 15 minutes and am very impressed so far. Heh, it feels good to be back in here testing ROMS for the Prevail.

LV is correct. Blovadova launched the original MIUI ROM for this phone.

And, just as Lordvincent mentioned, another MIUI ROM is always welcome.

I had a chance to play with it some late last night and it a very smooth running ROM. A overclocked kernel is needed though. If anyone tries the CM7 kernels with it, please let me know the results. I plan on giving them a try I just don't have time today.

The other miui rom had a problem with switching keyboards. Any problems here?

Also, this needs ssm mode (data/app and data/dalvik-cache on sd I think)for storage in my opinion. I hope that happens eventually!

I'm pretty sure if katokernel works then kouma's cm7 kernel will work as well. Which means you can already use ssm

They WON'T work on the Prevail, unless someone tailors them and makes them working specifically for the Prevail !!

That's not entirely true. There are quite a few working miui themes. They work on the other gb miui build. Miui has a theme chooser similar to cyanogen. The issue is most were made for hdpi phones, not mdpi ones, so certain features didn't work. For example, some of the lock screen themes were to big and made it so once applied you couldn't unlock the phone any more (since the 'unlock slider' was completely off the screen)
