What is that? a half circle widget?

It's called Pie Control. Activation areas are the very edges of the screen. You can choose Left, Right, or Bottom. You can have up to 8 shortcuts, 2 levels of 4. I only use 4 shortcuts to access the stuff I use often enough to justify it. I switched from Left & Right activation to the Bottom only, because it was interfering with scrolling through webpages and apps sometimes. Check it out, its pretty darn nifty ;)

well hell, think i just bricked by phone. went in and was gonna reflash this and got a status 7 error. pressed back to many times and accidently hit the power button and phone rebooted. noticed there was a screen to fix root or something like that, but like i said, accidentally hit power button. was able to get into recover, but when i went to restore my backup, it failed at restoring data (block doesn't exist). so now im gonna do the brick guide and see if i can get my phone back.

Edit:
Redownloaded zip and tried to flash again, but keep getting error.

set_perms: some changes failed
E:Error in /external_sd/AOKP_Dirty_Unicorns.zip
(status 7)

Thing is, I flashed this once already with no issues.
