Help SGH-I317 is stuck in boot screen/battery screen

When I turn on my Note 2 it just stays in the Samsung Galaxy Note II screen, when I plug in my charger it shows the battery icon with the loading circle on it and never loads. IDK what to do. I can get into recovery mode and the Download? screen which is where it says downloading. please dont turn off target.

NOW the boot screen is coming on and looping and goes away and comes back. I am new to android. Came here from JB iPhone 5 running beta iOS 7.

Very, very different.

ANY HELP would be amazing!! Thank you!!

I have also went into recovery and reset EVERYTHING...cache, factory settings, EVERYTHING... please tell me if there is anything else i can do!! Thank you!!

did you get the phone new or used, same thing happened to me. i had to odin back to factory to get it to work again.

I had that with my first note 2. It was replaced during warranty period of 14 days for a new device and all has been great since. I couldn't even hook it up to a pc to wipe it.

i have some fixes. are you still stuck? i dont want to spend 20 min typing if you dont need help still.
