Root how to flash a rom

download the rom you want, and place it somewhere on your external sd card
boot into cwm recovery, and select "backup to external sdcard.
select "wipe data/factory reset".
select "install zip from sdcard"
select "choose zip from external sd card"
choose the rom you downloaded.
select "yes"
thats it.
make sure you read the ops instructions on flashing their rom for whichever one you choose
