I have been looking at the instructions,and they look complicated, so I download the imei converter first?,then do all the other steps in order?, than I upgrade to ZVE again,and all should be well??

Yes you will be at zve . But you say they look complicated . Its not and if you think real easy . So easy they are numbered in steps .

My lg esteem is rooted and running deOdex debloated zve. My issue is that every time I click the power button and unlock it the status bar at the top comes down a little but freezes the phone and I don't even touch the status bar. Nothing works except push the power button to lock it then after I unlock it again it works fine. Someone please tell what I should do! It's so annoying and embarrassing!

Does it ever pop up saying the statusbar.apk has forced closed? Either way, are you sure that you have updated to zve...you could be running into problems because the ROM is meant for a zve base...if you pull up your menu, go to system settings, scroll down to about phone...you should be able to see your version look for zve...Otherwise I am assuming you wiped data/cache before you flashed the ROM...

It's zve I know that for a fact because I had to download the driver on the computer and update it. Was I not supposed to wipe data/cache? I did that before I flashed the rom.

Ok. I have gotten my esteem back but it boots past lg logo and nothing else.... it is rooted. ..can you help me get this back up and running....... I was using twrp and on rom#2... I know I will need sd card.. but help plz

I got my new replacement esteem n it came zvd but with in mins it ota to zve and this morning i was going to do the lg update and it came up in a foreign language, has anyone else had this happen to them?

That's new and odd i guess this is the device i got that lg ld2500 . See something very screwy is going on with lg esteem .

Did you download the new drivers from lg or the current ones from the device .and do you still have the lgpnst on the pc still plug up and see if it see the device

I know the esteem has lost all its steem but i liked mine. I'm rooted on tje.stock debloated zvd. recently i wanted to.play with.the.new cm 10 rom i.did.a.backup with titanium and cwm. every.thing seemed fine but now i havr no service i do.somrtimes but it wants to.comnect to veriOn. my lte chipsetshows all xxxxxxxx or blank and the cputers won't.see.my.phone. I'm not in test modeiv tried backups afresh.roms. iv clephared the whole phone a few times anyone have any ideas?? Sorry for typos i tried to fix them amd my phone is making them worse

How are are you sure your not in test mode:what: If the computer doesn't see the phone it limits what options you have. Have you tried different USB cords and confirmed the port your using on the computer is a good?

I can make calls/texts.at random most the time I'm stuck on roaming towers. I can enter hidden menues normal. Its like my phone modem went bad.. I can take screen shots of anything that helps..
