For the past few weeks I've been receiving the error "Services denied by the network". When I click on it, the icon disappears and nothing happens, so I have no way of knowing what's causing it.
I have tried resetting the phone several times, and have even left it untouched after a reset, so it's not coming from an email account or anything.
Today I went to a corporate store and had the software updated, and I reset the phone before hand, but I'm still getting the error. Any idea what the problem may be? I've looked around, but nobody has had any answers. They're being told to take the phone into the store, but the two people I saw complaining about it with MetroPCS had no luck with customer support.
