MetroPCS BYOD Speedtest ONLY!!!

Speeds have been pretty disappointing tbh compared to the service I had with straight talk on T-Mobile. Speeds are in south beach and fort lauderdale.

I know Miami was recently upped to 10x10 to match the rest of South Florida on tmobile LTE
That would explain it. Previous weeks I would average about 15 mbps and peak at about 20 mbps. All the test I've ran this week, I've averaged about 27 mbps and now I finally passed the 30 mbps mark. My speeds definitely have improved. Much better than when I first brought this phone to the BYOD program.

damn this would be my perfect excuse to drive down to miami just to speedtest lol, it's worth the hour drive, you using an s4 bishop?
Lol yeah. Compared to the speedtests I was first getting when I took the phone into Metro, those tests are around post 13, it's insane how much they've jumped to.

Yeah I'm using the T-Mobile Galaxy S4 on Metro.

nice I might have to drive down to MIA just to see if I can keep up, I'm out in PBG, so it's a little drive, but worth it

Man, if you want to hit high speeds to test them out, the drive down from Palm Beach Gardens is definitely worth it. My speeds just keep getting higher. Look at the monster speeds I just got.

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

I'll see what chica wants to take a ride and we'll have to come check it, for some reason my note 2 was more consistent then my s4 with speed tests, not sure why.

My previous phone was the LG Optimus M+. This is my first 4g lte phone. Unfortunately I don't have another 4g LTE phone to test. It might be possible for you to get even better speeds on your Note 2 or 3? Too bad i don't have other android phones to test it out.

Also, if these changes were done in Miami recently, wouldn't they likely pop up in Palm Beach County too? Or is it because you're closer to Martin County? I'm not completely familiar with the updates T-mobile are doing.

Here in PBC and Broward has been 10x10 since launch I believe and then Miami just got 10x10 last week
