Ah, I see.
I'd like to think (and I'm almost certain) a lot of what is being reported is hyperbole.
Updates I can understand, but custom ROMs might be an option?
Support would probably be taken over by your carrier unless you'd bought the handset outright?

I just ordered the one.
I'm now using the note 2...granted love this phone but am wanting smaller and iPhone 5S was just too small after the note 2 and I don't want 16gig for what HTC can provide 32 and no want memory cards. Did like bacj removal..well didn't care for plastic lol OK I'll be happy I'm sure.can't wait!!!
