I was going to leave it till next gen before playing this, but still with no confirmation of whether there'll be a PS4 version and no confirmation of when Gaikai will be available in Europe to stream ps3 games, I caved and preordered from Amazon. With any luck it should arrive on release day. One positive on never intending to buy it now is that the wait has been easy as I was expecting to wait till next year..

Apparently the game has nearly $1 billion in sales already, with $800 million in the first 24 hrs alone. Can't wait to play it, don't know if I can wait for the price to drop on this one.

I love it so far. Like you guys said I expected a lot more. Maybe online will make up for it! And I can't wait to buy add ons!

I haven't played it, but expectations might have been unrealistically high, and it's hard to squeeze much more out of current gen consoles. I bet GTA 6 on next gen will blow everybody away again.

Its not every different from GTA 4 as in things to do. But the world is a lot better. And the story is great!

I'm assuming it's because the Xbox version has more bugs and just plain refused to work on Xboxes from a certain year.

I have no idea but I've seen about 5 poeple say the wish they had a ps3 to play GTA V when GTA V is on Xbox also.

I don't have the link, but I'm seeing a few pc release rumours (didn't check date actually, but I think it was in the last month) and sites and shops in Australia accepting preorders

With the amount of time I have for gaming, it would probably take me at least a month to finish that game.

About a week, and honestly there isn't very much to do afterwards. Can't wait for online to come out tomorrow!

Yeah I got this on the 20 along with saints row 4. Both games are the shit. Saints row 4 gives u more to do afterwards though.
