There is probably a post on this but this is something a little different. Video How to guide that even the newest noob can follow. I have read about this and searched it but no one did it straight though an made a step by step on How to do this. I did, Here is a list of what you need and a video on how to do it. Step by Step, easy How to guide. Anyone can do this.

You will need to to power on the Galaxy Gear, go to settings and enable USB debugging in about device. Now put the Gear on the Dock and plug it into the computer with the Micro usb. Now open a CMD and run ADB. Find the location of you desired app and type "ADB Install "File Location and Name" into the ADB. Need help watch the Video. Hard to explain in text, Its why I made a video walk through. Deleting apps require another app or factory resetting the Device.

NOTE: I AM IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OF YOU FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS! IT WORKED FOR ME, BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL WORK FOR YOU!

What you Need:
