Hello all!
My girlfriend's Motorola Electrify M is having some problems. A couple of times now, it has shut down on its own (plenty of charge left). When she turns it back on, there is a cartoon image of an Android bot with its front panel open and the bot is lying on its back. So I think it's saying "ouch, fix me."
So she manages to restart it and then the phone is fine. Lots of charge left.
My theory is that some automatic function is triggering the phone to error and then shut down. Any ideas or clues on how to look into this for her? Need more info? Thanks!
