Root [Verizon] Need some rom advice

Hey everyone that's reading this. I'm very familiar in rooting and flashing roms and what not. But the Galaxy S3 is my precious Jewel and I dont want to mess up. I have a few questions. I'm currently running Carbon Rom 1.7. I am Galaxy S3 Verizon Wireless.

1. I'm thinking to go from Carbon Rom 1.7 to Cleanrom Seven from Scott'sRom. Carbon is 4.2.2 and Cleanrom Seven is 4.1.2? Correct me if im wrong. I was wondering if we have to do some sort of downgrade to 4.1.2 in order to flash. Or do we just Wipe then flash. Cause I never got a real answer out of this.

2. Do all of the roms require to get the gapps? Because with CarbonRom I had to get Gapps. Or is it some roms require to get updated Gapps. If so, does CleanRom Seven require the flash of the gapps too?

3. Is it necessary to do MD5 Check? What if they dont match? Re-download? What is the regular size of roms?

:D:D:D:D:D

1. A clean wipe is all that's needed, no need to downgrade.

2. This really depends on the ROM. Most that are Cyanogen based require a separate Gapps flash. Those that are TW don't. See the details in the ROM download for more details.

3. Honestly, I never have before, but if it doesn't match, it generally won't flash (you'll get an error. It certainly doesn't hurt too check it, especially if the download has several mirrors where potential problems could happen.

Happy flashing!
