The HTC One is IMO the best phone available on Verizon. Where is all the love?
The Motorolas do not support MHL and the speakers on the One are awesome. We have S-Off so development should take off, unless everyone has now moved on since Big Red got the phone so late.
What gives?

There is plenty going on over on XDA and rootzwiki. There is already official CM 10.2 plus a handful of other AOSP ROMs. There is also a TeamVenom ROM in the works although they may wait until the release of 4.3.
