HTC One Mini M4 Leather Effect Skin Wrap Cover Sticker Protector NOT CASE items in smartskins store on eBay!

Free delivery, and got it within a couple of days.....only problem...i ordered the Matt Black, and received the carbon Fibre effect! :hmpf:

Not exactly what i wanted, but fitted anyway, as said before, very easy, and can be removed and refitted at will, went the whole hog and put the lot on, but will probably end up removing everything but the back.

Gave it all a good going over with a hairdryer as recommended and it all seems to stick very well.

I've had one of the Xtreme Guard skins on mine for months now, and apart from some discolouration to the rear skin, this has served me very well, glad i still have another set spare....:D

After removing the rear skin, there was not a mark on the phone, and no residue left from it either, just some gunk around the edges where it all seems to build up.....and also, once removed the thing was still as sticky as hell, i could easily have put it back in place and carried on using it. (Took a fair bit of pulling to get it off as well!)

Anyway, here is a pic of the rear carbon fibre skin that i have on now, not ideal but it will do for now, until i contact the seller and see why it was sent.:smokingsomb:

If you'd like to keep your Apple specific dock, but be able to use it with your Android phones or other accessories, you could try getting a patch cable like they show in this article. It takes the Apple dock connector and channels just the audio pins to a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
(The dock you own has to be a "universal" type that works across multiple devices and does not interface specifically/exclusively with the software or hardware of the Apple device)

Gottabemobile.com | How to Connect Your Android Phone to iOS Dock Accessories Revisited

The CableJive products seem to be a popular brand, though you might be able to find the same cable or another type of adapter for slightly cheaper. There are other such products out there.

Looking for a good wallet case for HTC One.
Preferably black & thin.
Hold 3-4 cards + spot for cash.
Ive found several on amazon, eBay etc..
Wondering if anyone has one, some reviews/feedback etc.

I got this one@ the recommendation of the OP & it's a keeper:

Still for sale @ NEWEGG.

Newegg.com - Leather Case Wallet Magnetic Flip Cover Stand for HTC M7 - Black - Black/White

I'd give you mine,as I've only used it once, for about an hour (quality is A-ONE,just not my fave form factor),but,I'm guessing shipping from Southwest U.S. to Canada would cost more than a new one shipped.

----------------

As this is the next to last day that I have the HTC ONE before shipping out to another via SOLD: Selling isn't for you. Use Sold.

I wanted to give a quick review/recommendation of these most awesome BLUETOOTH earbuds:

Bluetooth Headphones : Bluetooth Stereo Headphones Sports : Android Bluetooth Stereo Headset Headphones : iPhone Bluetooth Headphones : iPod Bluetooth Headphones : Jaybirdgear.com

The sound quality rivals anything I've used, wired or BLUETOOTH.Absolutely no distortion whatsoever, even at the highest volume setting & having BEATS enabled.
The forementioned setting is definitely something tangible, not just a gimmick,as I also have the once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity to compare these w/two different phones, the HTC ONE & the SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3.

While both sound great,the HTC ONE sounds a bit richer,especially w/the bass,if not a 1/2 notch louder.

As some of you here may know me well enough to notice that I've never met an accessory that I didn't like ;) :p :D ,I'd be remiss if I didn't give these a :thumb: 2 THUMBS-UP :thumb: recommendation, especially to all the music junkies out there. It's the best of both worlds, wired quality sound w/the freedom of BLUETOOTH that actually stays connected for uninterrupted music/audio enjoyment.

Any word from SMARTSKINS regarding your order? :questionmark:

Got the case today, expected delivery was the 28th to 4th so it came early which is always a good thing.

It cost me 13$ shipped to Canada and arrived 8 days after I ordered it.

It is a great fit, phone feels secure and the volume cutouts are perfectly placed. It doesn't add that much bulk considering the type of case. It fits 3 cards (with 1 having a window) and has a spot behind the cards to keep a little cash. It has a stand but I don't think I'll use it much and it looks like if you do it could crease and possibly deteriorate the case over time. The snap works well and you can even snap it open (which looks like it'll be handy) for extended usage.

Overall I'm very pleased and I've retired my Cruzerlite and my wallet. :)

spoke about those earlier in this thread. I was one of the first backers of the project.

Works really well for my xoom as well as the htc one. good choice.

Yeah, sorry about the repetition. I performed a search on this thread and realized after i had searched the term "Meenva" (a typo of course). I thought it was unusual that no one had mentioned it. Essentially a *bump* for Meenova...in theory of course.

Am looking for a full body skin, maybe with a glass screen cover.
Used best skins ever before and wondering is there anyone better.
And what glass screen guard should I buy.
Thanks

Go w/the XTREME GUARD body skin.
I used it on my ONE for 3 months & the phone still looked out-of-the-box new when I switched to a SMARTSKINS matte black body skin, which also provided excellent protection.

Hey all. I am interested in buying camera lenses that attach to the HTC one. Any suggestions. Here is what I found.

I was looking into camera attachments: lenses that change the field of view/zoom. I was thinking of getting a zoom lens. Here are two that I have found under $20.

8x Zoom Telescope Lens Telephoto Universal Holder for Mobile Cell Phone Camera | eBay

I was wondering if anybody had reviews of using them without using a tripod and if taking video with them is viable. I cannot find these lenses except ebay and chinese websites, even the bushnell lense.

I was also looking into macro/fisheye lenses and found this:

Amazon.com: Universal 3 in 1 Camera Lens Kit for Smart phones (including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, HTC, Motorola and More), Tablets, iPad, and Laptops includes One Fish Eye Lens / One 2 in 1 Macro Lens and Wide Angle Lens / One Universal Clip / One Mic

Any reviews of these/suggestions?

Amazon.com: BoxWave HTC One UniColor Case - Sleek Dual Tone TPU Case for Durable Anti-Slip Protection, Transparent Matte Back with Solid Border - HTC One Cases and Covers (Frosted Black): Cell Phones & Accessories

So, just got this case in today from Amazon. Quick review, and I"ll be back in a few days after some road testing. The black rubber bumper adds some much needed grip to the One. However, the backside leaves a bit much to be desired. The bumper gives a nice lips to help protect the screen of the phone, all without taking up valuable screen. In fact, it snaps right onto the phone, and seems to offer great protection.

The volume buttons are completely covered, and easy to manipulate. All ports and sensors are accessible and centered with the exception of the microphone at the bottom, it's not quite centered. The power button hole leaves a little to be desired, as the button sits a little deep in relation to the bumper. I have to either press it with the side of my finger, or, using the whole tip of the finger, it pushes / distorts towards the front of the phone.

If you have the blue One from Best Buy, this case with the black goes great with it. However, that back again leaves some to be desired. Having the blue One, I wanted to show it off. While it is "frosted", it's a little too frosted for my liking.

This case would look better on a silver One with the frosted back cover.

I maybe looking to switch it out with something that will show off the blueness.

** Mayhim out.

Any way to get this thread stickified for users to find it a bit easier?

Hi all. I have had my One now for about a month and I love it. It's fast, smooth and the battery life isn't too shabby. But.. it could always be better.

With the One, I usually can squeeze about 13-14 hours out of the battery. More or less depending on my usuage. I'd really like to get a bit more for those days I work late or don't go straight home. I just don't want to worry about having to look for a charger and being tied to a cable because my battery is low.

Has anyone come across a battery case that is worth the price. I'm seeing mixed reviews on the main battery cases for the HTC One. Those being Mophie & I-blason. They seem to be hit or miss cases. I see either they don't charge at all or the capacity begins to deteriorate quickly. But normally get swapped out for working ones. I honestly would rather not go through that.

I have used Mophie when I had the iPhone 4s and it did great other than the power switch breaking. Which was no problem at all. I just left it on and saw no issues from doing so after using it for almost 2 years non stop.

I'm not so familiar with I-blason.

I'd like to hear your opinions on these or any other worthy battery case.

Thanks,
Brandon

I'm liking the Atmosphere. I like the transparency and have preferred TPU cases over hard shells. My thinking is whereas the shells DO protect, there's not a lot of cushion. But as my wife says, I'm not paid to think (even though I am!) :p

I agree with you here! I've had my Poetic Atmostphere since the phone came out and have dropped it multiple times and it's never been phased.
